Once our medical professional has finalized your treatment plan and sent your prescription, or your request is otherwise completed, the consultation fee is non-refundable. This includes situations where:

• Your treatment is not effective or does not fully resolve your condition.

• You experience side effects or the medication doesn't eliminate all your symptoms.

While we strive to complete all consultations within two hours, delays can occur due to factors such as incomplete medical information, technical issues, or high patient volume. Please be aware that if you request a refund after your prescription has been sent or your treatment plan is finalized, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
